Why Sharp Develop VS2005 VS2008 Web Express (

Sorry, but there are no more tags available to filter with.

Also the Express Editions are "LIMITED" in the scope of features or "things you can actually code" Project types etc.. not too mention I think if you have Web Express you can't install the Winforms Express - or you could but that overwrites the Web Express Edition... At least...
