Ah, in version 1.1. you need to run the file build.bat , to be on the safe side, you should run clean.bat beforehand. If you want to study the behavior of #develop in the debugger, run debugbuild.bat and after that you can run #develop in the debugger. For this, you do not even need VS as the .NET SDK...
