Step 1. open SharpDevelop
2. open a Project,
3. Click On File menu -> New -> File
A dialog appears asking if I want to add the new file to the existing project, IF I CLICK CREATE FILE INSIDE PROJECT, #develop freezes and nothing happens. Taskkilllll
