As of the most recent SVN checkouts (not sure how many versions back this goes), the Task List pad seems to no longer respect turning off specific task types, or selecting a different scope. When I turn off "TODO" or change the scope to "Class/Module", I still get the full list for the full solution. Moving the sursor between files/classes/etc. does not force it to refresh.
