can anybody tell me exactly what must I do to use the libusb functionnlities. 

In fact, I have already downloaded the SharpUSBlib20041208.zip tried to run the demo project but got

--this error message

"Cryptographic failure while signing assembly 'e:\ikbal\doc\SharpUSBlib20041208\SharpUSBlib\src\ICSharpCode.USBlib\obj\Debug\ICSharpCode.USBlib.dll' -- 'Error reading key file 'ICSharpCode.SharpUSBlib.key' --Specified File not found. ' (CS1548)"

--this warning 

Use command line option '/keyfile' or appropriate project settings instead of 'AssemblyKeyFile' (CS1699) - E:\ikbal\doc\SharpUSBlib20041208\SharpUSBlib\src\ICSharpCode.USBlib\AssemblyInfo.cs:39,12  

The way I got around this problem was to manually edit the AssemblyInfo.cs file and remove this line:

[assembly: AssemblyKeyFile("ICSharpCode.SharpUSBlib.key")]

 After I did this I rebuilt the SharpUSB library.

You have how code is digitally signed - when you wish to digitally sign code - you create a key file and that key file is then placed inside your project.. that can found on the MS website for digitally signing assemblies.
