Hello,

 I am trying to use #develop to port my VB application to Mono. When I compile it complains about VBas.exe. I tried to use the beta version too but that doesn't seem to support mono. The error is that it can't find VBas.exe. Which i did some searching and found that VBas.exe was re-written and re-named in Mono 1.2.6. So what can I do about this?

 

BTW. If the file name isnt VBas.exe im sorry, i am away from my developing machine and can't completely remember the error

You'll need to download the source code for SharpDevelop 3.0. There's a Mono sample in the Samples folder which should support the new VBNC compiler in the latest version of Mono. You'll need to build that. If you have any problems then let me know.

Ok thanks, I have to wait till monday because i am away from my house and only have my macbook. Ill let you know how it goes when I get back to my Windows PC. Thanks for the answers! :-)
