reporting this here (though i'm not sure it's exclusively a #develop problem)
I edit files, save them, but mtime stays the same. (same happens with SciTE for some reason and also emacs through cygwin -- if I use xdevleop, notepad, xdevelop, native win32 emacs it works fine)
any ideas on this? (I'm out of ideas on what to try)
using 2.0.0 build 1462 on w2k with both .net 1.1 and 2.0 installed (+mono)
