Yes.
To qualify in detail:
Using our unmodified DLLs comes without any strings attached.
If you want to modify our code (and then rebuild our DLLs), you have to make these modifications available (source code).
Incorporating our source code into your programs ("cherry picking") is not possible under LGPL unless your code is under LGPL too.
