    Using Device.SendControlMessage

    I'm making some USB hardware(specifically an 8 bit paralell IO port), and I'd like to make the computer program for it in VB.NET. the original creator of the device uses this line in his Delphi program to send data:

    usb_control_msg(hUSB,  USB_TYPE_VENDOR or USB_RECIP_DEVICE or USB_ENDPOINT_IN, cmd, StrToInt(IntToStr(adat)), 0, buffer, 0, 1000);

    Variables:
    buffer: the buffer for recieving the reply from the device cmd: the command byte
    data: the data byte

    He uses libusb0.dll.
    What would be the VB.NET equivalent of this line? I think Device.SendControlMessage, but I don't what are the parameters, because I cannot find the DOCUMENTATION! ANYWHERE! You shuold really do some thing about this.
