    Deleting controls from design view

I select a control in design view and press [delete]. When i try to compile the new code, there are a lot of errors since shardeveloper did not only delete the control i wanted, but a whole lot of controls with it. This seems to happen at random. Sometimes when i delete a lable it deletes a menuitem or button all together.

Does somebody else experince similar problems?

In which programming language is this happening? Is this the latest Beta 2 of SharpDevelop 3.0 or some other version?

Sorry, i forgot. The version of Sharpdeveloper i´m using is 2.2.1 Build 2648. I´m using c#.

Recently i experienced that by renaming controls in design view the developer deletes control declarations of other controls, too.

[EDIT] I used an old project, changed the project options, but i did not rename the project file. That seemed to be the problem. After renaming the project file and the namespaces to the actual project name seemed to have fixed the problem.

Sorry for the double post. For some days it worked fine, but now it started deleting objects at random again, even when i moved some controls to another position.

Is there anything in common between the two "events of random deleting" - things you did before, similar items on the form, ... anything that would allow to connect the dots, so to speak. To make the problem reproducible or at least point in some direction that allows proper investigation.
