SharpDevelop Community

 After choosing new SharpDevelop Report from menu of SharpDevelop 3.0 beta 1 I have blank page (for XML??) and no wizard or design. Do I have to do something else to use SharpDevelop Reports in SD 3.0 besides installation of SD? I am new in SharpDevelop :)

if you run #Report from Tools/Reportgenerator, you will find a screen with 5 rectangles, this are the different ReportSections. DragDrop items from the Toolbox to create a report. With File/New/ SharpDevelop Reports you can start the wizard, but only FormSheet and PushModel are working at the moment. The wizard will add something meaningfull to the designer.

thx for the answer. The problem is that I haven't menu position Tools/Reportgenerator in my SharpDevelop and File/New/SharpDevelop doesn't start the wizard. I've checked Addins folder and I haven't found SharpDevelopReports folder/addin. I can find it in folder Addins in binaries of SDR (Standalone Designer) but not in SharpDevelop 3.0. SDR should be integrated with SharpDevelop. Is it problem of beta version of SharpDevelop? How can I add SDR to SharpDevelop?

 At the moment you can use the standalone version of #Report. You will find it at:
