A useful option in the breakpoint panel would to be able to delete all breakpoints in a given file

Try to implement it then :-)

Breakpoints and bookmarks are already grouped by the filename.  I suggest adding a context menu item which whould alow deleting everying under the given file.  Also selecting the file and pressing the delete button could be an alternative way.

 Posting ideas on the forums makes the my discussion page into a nice TODO list for me with the added bonus that others might give me a hand. :)

 Yeah I figured its probably just adding acontext menu item and iterating through the nodes.
