I just select my solution and this Unhandled exception is showing.

Looks like the user-specific project settings got corrupted (active breakpoints, bookmarks etc.). Just clicking continue on that error message and then closing SharpDevelop should save a clean version of those settings.

Alternatively you can go to  C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ICSharpCode\SharpDevelop2.1 and delete the "preferences" directory.
