Dropping IronPython support in future SharpDevelop release?

Is that true? I heard about that from forum post in Ranorex.com, which bases their GUI test tool IDE on SharpDevelop.

If so, why? That was one reason SharpDevelop is better than VS.Net (built in support for IronPython), though I've yet to use IronPython on SharpDevelop (will soon).

Is it same reasons as mentioned in the Ranorex thread?

Interesting. As PM of SharpDevelop I don't know a thing about us dropping IronPython support. No, there are currently no plans to drop IP support.
